Meet Angela Valentine, MSN, FNP
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Sandra joined Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center in 2007. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Georgetown University in 1995 and 1998 respectively. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is an active member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to joining Nova, Sandra has worked in both ambulatory and acute care settings. She has extensive experience and interest in both cardiology and pulmonary medicine. Most recently, she practiced at INOVA Loudon Hospital providing care to patients on the medical-surgical wards, telemetry unit, ICU, PACU and in the emergency department. PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY Sandra believes in promoting and optimizing wellness through patient education and by building a trusting patient ? provider relationship.
